Fixed rope course 2 units

Content:

Correct handling and use of the equipment ( Y-Set, harness, helmet), equipment check, correct behaviour, efficient climbing and clipping, walk through A,B and C sections in alpine areas.

The first unit (about 2 hours) will be indoors on our fixed rope route. The second unit (about 3 hours) will take place outdoors in one of the areas with fixed rope climbs.

Equipment:

Comfortable sportswear, clean sneakers, something to drink (no glass-bottles allowed)
